SPDC Pipeline carried an Asset integrity survey on the 24” Brass – Forcados TRP using a PIG that was launched from Aghoro KP 29 Pigging Manifold. It was observed that there was restriction of the Pig at a section from the launching point. Repair of the restriction sections by sectional replacement was required. The goal was to restore the line to enable the passage of internal Pigs and enable optimal utilization of the pipeline. The project was done in 3 Phases.
