Following the plan to change some leaking Pig Signaller on the 28” TNP line @Bomu Manifold. SPDC Pipeline required replacement of 2” Pig signaler. The site activities followed these steps;
- Venting of the line
- Cold-cutting of the line
- Fit-up & weld
- NDT (Radiography & UT)
- Installation of valves and blinding
- Torquing of the bolts
- Touch up painting was carried out
