Replacement of 5 Nos failed valves @Egbema Manifold. The project intention was to restore the facility to its optimum condition and to enable proper control of the valves. All 5 Cameron ball valves were installed following these steps:
- Draining the Line
- Unbolting of Valves (16” x 600#,14”x600#,12”x600#,12×600#,6×600#)
- Removal of valves (5 Nos)
- Installation of New valves
- Bolting of the New Valves
- Torquing of Valves
- Cleaning & Painting of Valves
